Hey guys! Today I will be sharing on why Oatmeal is good for skin. *Home Remedies* 

Why Oats?

A super cheap & affordable food that can be : (Below)

You can just use Oatmeal for Facial, Face wash, Bathing & even EAT IT ! (Very Suitable for Sensitive skins)

Oatmeal facial mask helps you to solve your redness or those that are cause by allergies or sensitive skins and also adds glow to your skin!

Also, it enhances the texture of the skin and makes it even. If your skin is damaged due to sunburn/allergies/sensitive rashes, you can try out by taking a Oatmeal Bath!

I will share with you some of the EASY STEPS for Oatmeal Remedies & Uses:

1. Oatmeal Facial Mask: (For all type of skin)

- Take 5–6 tablespoons of ground Oatmeal in a bowl and add water to make a thick and smooth paste.
- Spread the mixture on the face evenly and let it dry. 
- Rinse it with cold water.
( You can also add milk instead of water! It is pretty good if you have oily skin! )

2. Oatmeal Face Wash (Or Even a Face Scrub to exfoliate your skin!)

- Grab ground oatmeal with 1 of your bare hands. (A handful amount, not too much)
- Close your palms which you are holding the oatmeal, let the tap water run through your hand till the oatmeal is completely soaked & wet.
- Open your hand, press gently on the oatmeal, you will see some water in it don't pour off, just apply it on your face.
- Then, rub the oatmeal all over your face for about 1-2minutes then rinse off. (It also acts as an exfoliate as to clean your dead skin away!)

3. For Dry skin & also a Face Scrub:

- By washing your face with Oatmeal helps in exfoliating the skin and to clean your dead skin leaving soft and plain skin. 
- Smash a piece of banana in a bowl & add a cup of ground Oatmeal. 
- Mix it well and add lukewarm milk. 
- Make sure you stir it to make a smooth facial mask. 
- Apply it over the face and leave it for 10-15 minutes. (You can wet your hands if it's too dry) 
- Rinse it off with cold water. 
- Pat dry and you can follow-up your skincare routine.

4. Oatmeal for Bath:

- You can grab any amount of Oatmeal you like & mixed it with lukewarm water. (Best if you have a bath tub)
- Bath for about 10-15 minutes, you can scrub the Oatmeal all over your body.
- Great for sensitive skins!

5. EAT IT!! :)) My Favouriteee :

- You can just boil it with hot water, dont like plain taste? ADD MILO ! (I love doing that!)

Benefits of Oatmeal Facial Mask:

To me, I felt it is as good as a healthy breakfast & Oatmeal facial mask is the best & affordable face cleanser. Oatmeal can also be used as a scrub to exfoliate skin.

It opens up the pores and clear your dirt away. Furthermore, it is suitable for all skin types.(So you need not worry!) 

It can be used to treat mild skin irritations, itching as it has anti-inflammatory function, also dry skin can use this facial mask methods to obtain smooth skin.

I felt Oatmeal is really a cheap & superb home remedies as it has so many uses. You can use it regularly and achieve a Acne-free / Winkle-free anddd superrrrrrr healthyyyy skinnnn! :)
